Horacio Diez
He developed his career in local and international advertising agencies such as McCann-Erickson and J. Walter Thompson, where he served as Regional Manager for Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Bolivia y Uruguay, based in Caracas.

In 1989 he became partner and chairman of Ogilvy & Mather Argentina and in 1997 opened his own firm (Diez Consultores) dedicated to the design and monitoring of communications strategies for major brands and corporations in the region.

He was member of IDEA’s Board for 10 years, as well as chairman of its Annual Business Colloquium. Horacio is also an active member of the boards of Reading is Fundamental (Argentina), Fundación Impulsar, Fundación Escuela Goleta Santa María de los Buenos Ayres, FLENI, FUNCEI, Fundación Carlos Pellegrini, EducAR 2050, Fundación Axel Blumberg, and is a founding partner of Forética Argentina.

He is a well known lecturer and visiting professor at various national and regional graduate management and communication schools. Editorial Board Member of ACDE (Argentina’s Christian Business Leaders). Jury at Cannes and Clio Awards, several times.

In 2009 he was elected by his peers as "Golden Brain" of communications in Argentina.
Roberto Starke
Has a degree in Political Sciences from Universidad del Salvador, Master in Political Sociology from Universidad Católica Argentina and in Foreign Policy at Georgetown University.

Former Manager of Public Affairs at Shell. In 1992 took over as Director of Nueva Comunicación SA and Mansilla Delich y Asoc.

He is a political analyst, public opinion surveys analyst, consultant in strategy for businesses and political campaigns, as well as a renowned communications consultant of different public officers and political candidates participating in presidential, legislative and provincial campaigns.

Roberto teaches undergraduate and graduate courses, both in Argentina and Spain. He is a Consultant member of the Latin American Association of Political Consultants (ALACOP), member of the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI), member of the International Association of Political Consultants (IAPC), and also of the Center for Applied Public Policy Studies (CEPPA).
Miguel Ángel Martínez
Lawyer from Universidad de Buenos Aires, Master in Corporate Communications by Università della Santa Croce, Rome. Attending a PhD in Communication Sciences from Universidad Austral.

He is a strategic communications Consultant and expert in Latin American lobby, where stands out for its interaction with press and public officers, his excellent advice on crisis management and distinctive views on the matter.

Founder and CEO of MedioXMedio, company that provides information services and database on journalists and media in Argentina, which years later was sold to the Canadian media company, Marketwire.

Founded and directed, until 2006, “La Ciudad”, a newspaper from San Miguel de Tucumán.

Former Communications Director of Opus Dei Prelature in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia.

He completed his professional mentoring with Dr. Joaquin Navarro-Valls, Director of Sala Stampa Vaticana.
